- Ready Stock order will be shipped out within 3 working days after payment has been done. In the case of out of ready stock will take a longer time. Our customer services will contact customers first to follow up the future detail.

What can you do it failed to received?
- You may collect your item at the post office within 7 DAYS.
- You may call 1300-300-300 to Poslaju to request for 2nd delivery (before parcel has been return to sender)
- You may visit https://efeedback.pos.com.my to submit feedback form to Poslaju for 2nd delivery (before parcel has been return to sender)
- After 7 days of failure delivery, Poslaju will return the parcel to us, Client have to bear for the second delivery charges - Rm8 (WM) / Rm10 (EM).
